Prevent the use of - in automation scripting feature ids

Creating an automation scripting with a - in its name breaks it. (See possibles in NXS-3198).

=> a message or an alert should be raised when someone tries to create an automation script containing a dash, saying "The dash ( - ) character is not allowed in an automation script id."
=> the message / alert prevents the script creation.
=> after that message / alert is raised, the user should not lose what has been typed so far.
