Selecting a predefined text format should automatically select the checkbox

On the validation rule form, it would be nicer to have the Text format checkbox automatically checked when user selects a value in the predefined text format list. Otherwise the user can select a value but it's not applied.

We have this mechanism in place in the platform, on the Relations tab.
