Add a tool tip or ? (I prefer the ?) on edit button on schema global view

Add a tool tip or ? (I prefer the ?) on edit button on schema global view, so that user gets an idea of what he can do by editing the property. Suggestion: “In edit screen you can change the type of the screen and set or change field validation rules."
