Fix application template import in branch management

The problem was that requesting artifacts to the server was not taking into account the project shares. This is now supported.

As a standard user (ex: solen, bertrandchauvin@yahoo.fr)

• I cannot import the Nuxeo DM default application template (error "no such project").
  => It seems that I need the browse permission on the template project, although all we need is to get the jar.
  => Maybe I do not have sufficient permissions by default as a standard user, or the code needs to be updated not to block a standard user from importing a template
