Show date in commit history for more than 1 month old commits

We currently always show the number of days instead of the date in the commit history. So you end up with things like By solen, 1511 days ago. We used to show the date and time.
We should do like GitHub and show the date for commits that are more than 1 month old. See attached screenshot to see what GitHub does.
And we should make sure that the exact date is always available in tooltip.
