Prevent user from creating branches starting with minus/dash character '-'

Some Git scripts are not even working with branches starting with '-', even if it might be legitimate.

Currently, a user is allowed to create a branch starting with a '-' in Studio. We should prevent this, in order to not have to manage such issues.
