Color picker must replace value 'transparent' with select color's hex value, not prepend it

How to reproduce:

• type transparent in the input field of a color picker (i.e. in the login page configuration)
• click pick button, select a color and click Ok
• color's hex value is inserted before transparent, it should replace it
