Primary buttons text is white on white after deploying branding

On my project tests-solen-nx, after I deploy my project (which includes some branding configuration) the primary buttons are displayed in white with white text. This occurs for "Import" button on Import popup, Search button on Search tab, Save button on create form. Selected text is also hightlighted in white on white.
The only #fff setting in my branding is the footer background.
