Change target platforms labels to state the version

      Description

      The current target platform labels are mostly "Nuxeo Platform", the version is usually retrieved and displayed afterwards.

      To allow displaying only "Nuxeo Platform LTS 2015" instead or "Nuxeo Platform LTS 2015 7.10", all target platform labels should be changed to explicitely state the version, and display should also be changed to avoid appending the actual technical version ("7.10" here).

      This change will have impacts on Connect and maybe also IO screens.
