Fix duplicate schema name check when using same name with different casing

      Description

      Studio UI currently correctly prevents creating different schemas with the sane name, and issues a validation error when project somehow presents duplicates.

      But these checks should not take into account the case: VCS table names use lowercase versions of the schema name, and this will show errors at startup.

      => make sure these checks are case independant.
