Fix branding configuration issues

      Description

      There are some issues with 7.4 branding:

      • The buttons are grey
      • Black borders
      • Transparent user menu
      • feedback messages are black / transparent
      • life cycle state tags are not readable
      • default search form

      On the screenshot attached, I just changed the logo. All other branding values are the default ones.
