Remove explicit Studio version in nuxeo-studio-itests branches

The Studio integration tests depend on a given Studio version, that is passed by the job configuration (so that same integration tests can be run on both Studio master and maintenance branches).

The version specified in the pom is not the one actually used to run tests => replace it with an explicit bogus version to avoid confusions.
