Explain to the studio user that vocabulary values are loaded only once in the database

When I update my Nuxeo to the last snapshot of my Studio project, it doesn't update my vocabularies with the new values I've added.

Proposition : add a text in Studio UI to inform users that modifications on vocabularies are not taken into account when they update their Nuxeo (except the first time) with Studio changes and should edit vocabularies in DM vocabulary management.
