Update "multiple" boolean checkbox's label and contextual help

My proposal:

• Checkbox name -> Store entered values as list
• Help -> This checkbox appears in advanced use cases, when Studio cannot determine whether values entered by users should be stored as a list or a single value. Changing this setting only impacts technical storage aspects of the widget, not the overall widget's behavior for end users.
