Failing hot reload breaks the server and prevents any new installation

      Description

      When, because of a listener or someone doing something at the same time, the package installation fails (which is OK) but it leaves the server in broken state where the web page shows:
      If you can read this in your browser, this probably because of a configuration problem of your nuxeo.war/WEB-INF/pages.xml. To change this, edit the OSGI-INF/deployment-fragment.xml of your project at extension pages#PAGES.

      With the following error in the logs

      A restart of the server does not fix completely the issue because the studio package in in "installing" state and cannot be removed or reinstalled. The only solution is to do a mp-reset and reinstall every package.

      To reproduce: launch a hot-reload of the studio project and in a separate browser navigate the nuxeo interface, it should make the installation fail.
