Generate files on build and do not store them in Git repo

      Description

      The files are :

      • META-INF/MANIFEST.MF
      • OSGI-INF/deployment-fragment.xml
      • extensions.xml

      Those files are created and versionned in Git but it causes a lot of issues when importing or copying a project for example. It will be more useful to generate them on demand only (when building the project mostly) and there is no need of keeping them in the repository.
