Seam.Refresh not found when opening a pre < 7.2 project and moving it to 7.2

Once the project is open, go to the project settings and change the target platform to 7.2

=> The chains that used Seam.Refresh are broken with the nice red alert: "The operation 'Seam.Refresh' referenced by this chain is not defined".

I suppose this is related to the new names (it's WebUI.Refresh now).

Put it on "Major" because even if it's easy to fix (go to each chain, drag-drop the "User Interface > refresh" operation), it can freak people out.
