Add validation warning when overriding Studio templates

The JSF2 validation code is run on Studio templates, triggering warnings when overriding a default Nuxeo template.
But override of templates produced by Studio itself (like for NS-1550) does not generate a validation warning.

It should guide users to delete the override, especially i they're running into NXS-1550.
