Update target platforms status for maintenance release

      Description

      Default target platforms settings can be changed live, let's make sure XML contributions are synced with current status:

      • remove 5.8 as default and trial, make sure 6.0 is the one used for trial and default
      • remove trial from 5.9.5
      • remove restriction on 6.0
