Fill help on workflow screens

      Description

      A lot of elements present on workflow screens do not display any help (directive, allow task reassignment, etc...)

      These screens should be reviewed to show helpful/meaningful information to users.

      Additional notes:

      • directive can be translated
      • explain why task reassignment and task delegation are not the same (and give a concrete use case as an example)
