Perform validation on resource upload

From the resource tab, uploading a file does not reload/update validation error.
Steps to reproduce:

• upload a template that will generate a warning or error (like an old template pre-JSF2)
• upload again the same template, fixing the validation error/warn

=> the validation is not refreshed after upload.
