Folded by default container widget do not work on 5.8

      Description

      In the attached jar, the tutotab tab has a container (on the right side) that is defined as foldable and folded by default for the doc type: DocumentationItemTuto.

      On display, I cannot unfolded the container (see screenshot).
      Addition: I cannot fold a not folded by default container

      Seen on a hotfixed 5.8 with Chrome and FF.
