Update automated tests relying on DM package

The DM package is used for a series of automated tests against supported Nuxeo versions, these tests need to be updated according to new packages, presenting a "virtual nav" test for all versions starting from 6.0 (no need to test the deprecated faceted search package)

+ disable DM specific functional tests as of 6.0 (CAP is already tested)
