Add the ability to display the TAB_VIEW tab when the document is folderish

Tab filtering configuration in Studio should be refactored, but this task is only focused on "folderish documents", for which default tab_view filter configuration deny the display of the tab.
As a temporary solution, I propose we implement a "dirty" checkbox beside the one that appears when document is folderish and that controls the display of the "add new" button.
This new checkbox would be called "display tab_view".

Consequence of checking it will be that Studio overrides the filter used to controle the display of tab_view.

This task is important as validation tasks cannot be validated if we don't display this tab.
