Fix Studio build when using the release profile

      Description

      The current pom configuration does not correctly override the gwt-maven-plugin configuration for all modules, hence the 2.5.1 version of gwt (declared by Nuxeo) is not correctly overriden by Studio (using 2.4.0).

      This is revealed when using the release profile, that activates the gwt-maven-plugin on all modules (see NXP-14500)
