Update registries from a Maven plugin in CI

It would be interesting to have a mode where registries are updated directly from an introspection of the project, and plugged to CI.

The feature would update the "trunk" version of the registries.
One of the difficulties to handle would be to carefully manage the concurrent updates of registries coming from multiple sources: in studio, in eclipse, form the CI, ... probably by "configuring" on the project a mode and only proposing that one
