Allow generating a Studio jar for Nuxeo import

When generating a Studio jar to be included in Nuxeo (routing module or rendering sample addon for instance), some resources were included that are generated for all Studio projects (specific widgets types or layout templates).

Also, the "<require>org.nuxeo.runtime.started</require>" may not be needed for all contributions.

Some advanced build options could be useful on Studio for that kind of use case.
Also some kind of mangling of resources could be done in case there are several Studio projects on the server (maybe using different target platforms, so maybe needing the same common resources)
