Switch Studio on going versionning to main digit upgrade.

      Description

      Next major version of Nuxeo Studio should be the "18", and bug fixes releases should be 18.1, 18.2, ... then the major after should be Studio 19, ...

      Reason is that Studio evolves in a continuous way and there is no reason to have some evolutions that would more deserve a "3.0" than others.
