Create a maven repository for studio released (tagged) projects

Tagged projects must be accessible from maven client (with a proper configuration of settings.xml)

Access to these projects requires authentication - only contributors of that projects have access + administrator users (which can see all the projects)

Studio will expose a maven repository through a custom servlet.
