Allow configuring the default statement in Content Views

      Description

      Since NXP-13718 (5.9.2), it's possible to configure the hardcoded "select * from Document" select statement added to the page provider definition.

      This option should be made available on Content Views on Studio side (advanced configuration on the first tab)
