Improve empty vocabulary label

Sometime it is helpful to allow an empty label. For now, nothing prevents it and it's good.
It could bu also interesting to let user chose if he allows or not an empty label.

But, we may need some enhancements to warn user about the side effect:
For instance: unable to select the value in a suggestion
