Disabling workspace/section tabs on my custom document type disable them on generic domains, workspaces and sections

In Studio, I created a custom document type, that can be created in workspaces and folders.
On this document type, I disabled the tabs that are used for workspaces and sections (workspace Content, section Content, Manage, Edit Workspace).
When I apply my jar in a Nuxeo DM 5.3.1 and log in with Administrator, the Default domain only has a HIstory tab. Sections, Templates and Workspaces roots are displayed in the tree, but I get an error when I click on them.

Then, I changed my document type in Studio, enabled the tabs above again. With the new jar, I have a normal behaviour and no more error.
