Allow configuring widgets handling several fields on search layouts

Currently the search document model fields mapping is generated by Studio, that does not make it possible to bind several search fields to the same widget, this can be a problem for some use cases.

Maybe the best solution would be to allow defining explicitely some of the document model fields, that would be useful for conditional ajax re-rendering use cases in general (and maybe other use cases too) --> to discuss
