Fix copy project feature wrt snapshot jars

The following tasks are not handled by the current copy project feature, which is an issueif copied project already holds tags:

• copy the snapshots artefacts
• rename the snapshots artefacts

  $> rename 's/^old/new/' old-*

+ need to update junit tests for this
