Externalize documentation and help

The introduction and help paragraphs are written in the source files.

All this documentation should be externalized:

• to update it easily (some help is outdated, links can be broken, so it cancels the role of the helper)
• to not depend of the Studio release cycle
• to allow other users to contribute instead of only Studio developers.
