Remove the menu displayed under the Project section

The Project section displays the tree with all the features.

Between the Project title bar and the tree, a menu displays several actions:
[ New | Import | Download | Commit | +list of projects ]

This menu is obsolete and should be removed.

In detail:

• the New button is not relevant since you have to learn the Studio hierarchy first (clicking on a section, checking what already exists and then create a new element type is not heavy for a user). -> not useful
• the Import button links to the Application Template menu. -> not useful
• The download button will be moved on Application Settings part and Welcome page
• The commit button is not relevant anymore (see NXROADMAP-170)
• The dropdown list of project is already displayed in the Studio Header. -> not useful
