Listing and Views > separate dev config and style config

The views configuration (tabs, widgets, containers, layouts) contains more and more options that make the process of configuration heavy.

To simplify it we should categorize and separate the different option.
In short term the dev configuration of a widget, layout, tab should be displayed in one side and the style and display configuration in another side.
