Fix broken link on Lifecycle help popup

When you hit the "more" button when designing a lifecycle, the help blurb has the following:
"Follow transition operation: This operation can be used to change the life cycle state of a document."
This links to http://doc.nuxeo.com/x/-QI7 which does not exist anymore.
