Remove "section content" default tab from 5.8 contributions

      Description

      The "TAB_SECTION_CONTENT" action has been removed from 5.8 (see NXP-12715), so it should be removed from contributions.

      Some easy migration code should be done to handle this migration on Studio interface (consider TAB_CONTENT is checked if TAB_SECTION_CONTENT was)
