Should be possible to create a transition from a state to itself on a LifeCycle

As of now, you can not have a transition from a state to itself.
The use case is that sometimes, one may want to have the document in a particular State whatever state it comes from. For now, it's mandatory to check what the originating state is not the targeted one and it makes thing more complicated in automation chains or workflows.
