When creating a lifecycle, the initial error message stays on screen after saving

Steps to reproduce, in Nuxeo studio:

• Create a lifecycle
• Name the lifecycle
• (An error message appears)
• Add an initial state
• Save

The error message saying the lifecycle is empty is still visible on screen.
Happened in Firefox, not tested yet with other browsers.
