Auto-aligment of states in LifeCycle definition

Just because I like when objects are vertically/horizontally aligned (it's one of my TOCs - french acronym here ).
So the idea is that when you drag a state and you hold a key (command/ctrl for example), then this state will be aligned to the most appropriate one. Which means "the first wich match alignment", on left or bottom for example, as in the screen shot
