"Read only" checkbox of a widget is not used in the Edit layout at runtime for a toggleable form

tab "TabinsClaim" for an example:

• Listings and Views/Form Layouts/InsClaimLayout
• This layout is used in the Creation/View/Edit layouts tabs in the the "Document Type" definition of the InsClaim document. And it is used in the "TabInsClaim" tab

In the "View" layout, we have some fields which are "read-only" (bow checked).
At runtime:
-> In the "Edit" tab of an InsClaim, the fields are non enterable (which is ok)
-> In the "Ze Claim" Tab when the layout is toggled, they are enterable. And if the user modifies the value, it is really changed (it's not just a display bug)
