Make sure that DM is enabled when DAM package is selected

The DAM addon depends on DM -> need to make this explicit so that users do have widgets types etc... from DM when selecting DAM.

When this is done, it is useful to remove duplicated information from dam json contribution files as they will already be present with DM.
