By default when you put the Task fragment in a Tab, you have the fragment with:
- the title with the affected user as introduction
- the due date
- the directive on the task
- finally the form you designed
In some case having all these informations is too much, for instance for the default validation workflow designed in Nuxeo DM, for the first step: When you start the workflow, you have directive + affected user and due date.
This is uninteresting information for the user. I think a fragment like the screenshot is sufficient.
My idea for this issue would be to add in the task form definition (into the workflow definition, in Studio) :
- a Title widget
- a Assigned users widget
- a due date widget
- a directive widget
And when you add a new Task templates (Accept/Reject, Approve, etc.) in a workflow, these fragments are set by default in the form to reproduced the default fragment (Title, Assigned users, etc...).
... But you can choose to remove it...
