contribute faces configuration through jar's META-INF

      Description

      A better way of contributing the faces configuration is to define the specific part of the contribution in the files META-INF/pages.xml and META-INF/faces-config.xml. This allow us to hot-reload faces configuration without altering the web context.

      Thanks to NXP-11906 we're able to ask faces to re-initialize the application. So that mode will support hot-reload of the bundle.
