Add workflow escalation support on Studio

As a Studio user, on a task node, I have a new tab called "escalation" where I can add several escalation rules. For each rule, I have to choose the name of an automation chain among the one implemented in my studio project, and a condition that will be evaluated by the escalation service.. Something like "currentTime+10 --NodeStartTime <0 … && WorkflowVariables["tutu"]=="toto" && NodeVariable["toto"]=="tutu".
