Add Exception management to Automation Chain editor

      Description

      The automation chain editor should be tab-based, the main tab being the content of the current editor, and a new tab "exception management" is added, with ability to declare catch chains (to be completed).

      Note that in the future, we will also add a tab for declaring parameters of the chain.
