Adding resources in forms change the table width

Step to reproduce:

• Create a new document type
• In the definition tab, no resources are selected -> the table has a 'n' width
• Select a resource: the size of the selected resource change the width of the table.

The tables have to have a defined width (100% most of the time).

It will take time to review each screen to see where it is the case.
