In Filter view (UserAction, EventHAndler), widget used for multi-valued into a vocabulary not efficient

When you are reviewing values you set into these fields you have to roll over it.
I'm waiting something more like an add button and the list of values set quickly visible.

This is applicable for:

• Permission (Tab and User Action)
• Document type (Tab, User Action and Event Handler)
• Event type (Event Handler)
